Today’s Easy 99.1 is teaming up with The Studio Kitchen and Bar Rustic to create an intimate, fun and entertaining event for as small group of listeners.
Studio Kitchen celebrity Chef Liz Bramwell along with our Easy personalities, Tom Stewart, Scott Reiniche, and Kevin Cronin will be mixing it up in the Kitchen as they learn to prepare some delicious dishes.
On the menu:
Handmade Ricotta Cavatelli tossed with Roasted Root Vegetables, served in a Sage and Butter Sauce, topped with Ricotta Salata. Assorted Pizzas for the appetizer and the mid course will be a Fried Green Tomato Caprese Salad, with a Creamy Basil Aioli and Aged Balsamic. The wine pairing for the evening will be the Trapiche Broquel Malbec.
We’ll host 40 guests in the Studio on September 14th, 2017. Each guest ticket will include full plated dishes of the featured, prepared appetizer, mid course and a main course.
